Salsa Criolla

Introduction

A great South American topping for beef, pork, chicken or a great dip for bread. A great South American topping for beef, pork, chicken or a great dip for bread.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .1/2 large whole; chopped
    Onions, raw, .1/3 large, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large chopped
    Garlic, 4 cloves, minced
    Olive Oil, 3.5 tablespoons
    White Vinegar, 2.5 tbsp
    Salt (to taste)
    Pepper (to taste)
    Oregano (fresh or dried to taste)

Directions

Chop/mince all ingredients and add to bowl.

Add oil, vinegar, salt, pepepr and oregano.

Refrigerate.

Serve on beef, chicken or pork or a larger portion as a side dish.
