Cottontail Casserole

Ingredients

    2 rabbits
    1 can of cream of mushroom healthy request soup
    1 8 oz. carton of reduced fat sour cream
    1 pkg of stove top stuffing


Directions

Boil rabbits until tender, remove bones and tear into bite size pieces. Place pieces in a 9x12" baking pan. Mix soup and sour cream and spread over rabbit. Prepare stuffing as directed and spread over soup mixture. Sprinkle with parsley and bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
