Red Cabbage Veggies

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    one half of a large red cabbage
    5-6 carrots, thinly sliced
    6 small stalks of celery, thinly sliced
    1 large red onion cut into chunks
    4 Tbs rice vinegar
    1 tbs basil
    1tbs black pepper
    1-2 tbs honey
    1tbs olive oil

Directions

Heat olive oil in large skillet, add large red onion cut into thick chunks, finely sliced carrots, thinly cut celery, chopped garlic, and saute. Chop 1/2 head of red cabbage and add to veggies. Mix rice vingegar, honey and spices together and pour into pan. Cover and let simmer for 10-15 minutes stirring occassionaly.
