High Protein Pancakes or Waffles

Submitted by: BRONKRDR1

Introduction

These work best as waffles. - You can double the recipe....freeze the waffles...and pop them in your toaster for a quick breakfast!
I used soy flour in this recipe to increase the protein, however you can substitute whole wheat flour and I may try adding some flax seed the next time.

  • This worked using the thin waffle-maker. Did double the flour, as it was so much liquid. It reminded me of crepe - had that eggy taste, but nice crispy outside. - 4/7/13
