I made this up. I tried to measure.
I actually used GREEN ONION, BEEF BUILLION CUBE, ORGANIC WILD RICE WHICH WERE NOT IN THE SPARK INGREDIENT LIST.

I actually used GREEN ONION, BEEF BUILLION CUBE, ORGANIC WILD RICE WHICH WERE NOT IN THE SPARK INGREDIENT LIST.

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 tbs Butter OR MARGARINE
    1/2 CUP Wild Rice
    2 cloves Garlic, minced
    2 GREEN ONIONS SLICED
    1 Hot Chili Pepper, minced
    3 cups water,
    1 buillion cube (any flavor)

Directions

Mince garlic, chili pepper & onion, set aside
In large skillet melt butter, add rice, garlic, chili pepper & onion, saute about 5 mutes or until rice is brown.
Dissolve bullion cube in hot water.
Slowly buillion flavored water into rice. Mix well.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until water is absorbed and rice is done.
