Introduction

This is a good way to start your day with fruit and a boost of protein. This is a good way to start your day with fruit and a boost of protein.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 scoops EAS protein powder
    1 banana
    1 1/2 c. frozen berries
    3 packets Splenda
    1 c. water
    Ice cubes

Directions

1. Combine water and protein powder in blender until well blended.
2. Add banana and berries and mix until well blended.
3. Add splenda and Ice cubes and blend to desired consistency.
