Ingredients

    Organic Valley Ground Chicken, Frozen, 16 oz (remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .33 cup (remove)
    Milk, 1%, .33 cup (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 small (5-1/2" long) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)

Directions

makes 6 slices

saute onion, garlic and carrot over med. heat until onions are translucent. cool
soak bread crumbs in milk, drain off excess milk.
combine bread crumbs, cooled onion mix and remaining ingredients. Fold together gently. do not overmix. Put mixture into loaf pan and bake 1 hour.
