1 envelope instant yeast
2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 cup non fat sour cream
3/4 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups white flour
250 grams chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 500 gram container light ricotta cheese
75 grams light feta cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
Mix ingredients for filling. Divide amongst the dough circles. Fold dough over and pinch together to close.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
