Introduction

Ingredients

    - 1 can of sweet corn (drain water)
    - 2 Yukon Gold Potatoes
    - 1 package of Aidell's Sun Dried Tomato Chicken Sausage
    - A few tablespoons of sun dried tomatoes
    - 4 Tbsp Sage
    - 4 Tbsp Rosemary

Directions

Mix all ingredients together into a baking pan (greased with cooking spray). Make sure spices are evenly distributed amonst other foods.

Roast for about 45 minutes at around 350 F (until potatoes are soft enough to your liking).
