Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

Barilla Plus Rotini, 6 oz (dry)
    Barilla Farfalle, 6 oz (dry)
    Frozen peas, 2 cups
Albacore (white) tuna, 2 six-ounce cans, drained
    Hellman's Light Mayo, 4 Tablespoons
    Smart Balance Spread, 4 Tablespoons
Dill Weed, 1 tsp dried or 2 tsp fresh minced
    Salt to taste

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions, adding in frozen peas during last 3 minutes (you will have to bring the pot back to boiling to finish out the time, so expect this to be 5 extra minutes instead of 3).

Drain pasta and peas.

While they're draining, add SmartBalance, Hellman's Mayo, and dill weed to the cooking pot and stir over medium-low heat to melt.

Add drained pasta/pea mix back to the pot and stir to coat with melted mixture. Salt to taste.

Finally, add drained, flaked tuna to the mix, stir, and enjoy. For extra flavor and creaminess, top with a little bit of good quality grated Parmesan cheese.

Makes 6 hearty (or 8 more modest) servings.
