Introduction

I had a bunch of leftovers and this is what I came up with! I had a bunch of leftovers and this is what I came up with!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cans cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)
    2 cups of 1% or skim milk
    1/2 package of frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cups of chicken, diced
    2 cups white rice, cooked

Directions

Mix all together in a large pot till heated through. Makes about 8 one cup servings.
