Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 lb.
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Jalapeno Peppers, 3 large peppers
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, 2 cans
    Tomato Sauce, 1.5 cup
    Beans, Kidney beans dark red, 1 can
    Pepper, cayenne, 1 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1/4 cup

Directions

Brown ground turkey in dutch oven. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Add more or less peppers based on how hot you like your chili. Do NOT remove seeds from jalepenos for best results. Simmer for about 30 minutes, but it tastes better the longer it simmers and the leftovers are the best of all because all the flavors are blended. Tastes good over rice too. For vegetarian chili, just leave out the ground turkey.
