Ingredients

    Eggplant, 1 cup (1" cubes) (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 2 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Westpac French Cut Green Beans, frozen, 3 cup (remove)
    1/2 c corn
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces (remove)
    *Turkey meatballs ~ 6
    2 tbs garlic
    season with Mrs. Dash, Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Mix ingredients in a basking dish & cook above ingredients for 45 minutes @ 375
