Roasted Butternut and Onions

Number of Servings: 2


    Butternut Squash, 2 cup, cubes
    Onions, raw, 2 small, quartered
    Mrs. Butterworth sugar free syrup, 1/4 cup
    pumpkin or apple pie spice


Peel squash and cut into ½ inch cubes. Peel and quarter onions.
Spread items on a greased cookie sheet and drizzle syrup, sprinkle salt and spice over.
Spray well.
Bake for 25 minutes on 350 degrees.
