Taco Soup

Introduction

Great spicy soup for cold night! Very easy to make. Great spicy soup for cold night! Very easy to make.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Ground beef, 1 lb
    Frozen corn, 8 oz
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    2 cans rotel
    1 can Ranch style beans
    1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix

Directions

Brown ground beef in a skillet. In a separate pot, pour all ingredients and let simmer. Add ground beef when finished cooking. Simmer soup for a few minutes until warm. Serve with cornbread!
