Ingredients

*Goya Black Beans, 2 cup, 1 can
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium, diced
Onions, raw, 1 small, diced
Carrots, raw, 1 medium, diced
chicken broth, Swanson's, 99% fat free, 3 cups
1 teasp. minced Garlic
1 teasp. cocoa
1 teasp. mustard seeds
1/2 teasp. ground cumin
1/2 teasp. dried oregano
1/2 teasp. chili powder
1/8 teasp. black pepper
salt
Directions
Saute celery, onion, garlic, and carrot in soup pot 10 min.
add spices (salt at the end)
Add broth, water, and beans. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for at least 20 minutes.
