Introduction

This is a very good soup. to reduce wait. I don't use any broth...black beans give consistency to soup. I have it 2 cups in lunch and I am full...you can add/remove any vegetables you want This is a very good soup. to reduce wait. I don't use any broth...black beans give consistency to soup. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Carrots as much as you like
    1 small onion
    1 green bell pepper
    2 bokchoy
    2 cup spinach chopped
    1 big tomato
    4 stalks of celeary
    4 cups of water (you can change it)
    1 cup black beans cooked with water
    salt, 1.5tsp chili + garlic sauce
    .5 cup soy sauce

Directions

Wash all the vegetables thouroughly and chop them to small size
First boil the water then add celeary, carrots and salt cook it for a while say 3 min then add, bell pepper , onion and tomato cook everything for another 5 min
Check if celery is cooked fine than add black beans with water (already cooked) ,chiligarlic sauce and soy sauce....at last add bok choy and spinach and cook for another 2 min.
