Ingredients

6 ozs yellowfin Tuna (about two thin slices)
2 servings Hunts diced tomatoes with Basil Garlic and Oregano
1 mediun onion
8 ozs water
Directions
Bring water to bowl in a frying pan. Add all ingredients except fish simmer for two minutes, add fish thinly sliced. Simmer for 6 minutes constantly spooning liquid over top.
