this freezes well and you just have to heat up on a busy night.please feel free to sub lower calorie stuff and to adjust to your taste.
instead of manwich you can make it taco flavored meat.
use ground turkey or chicken to make it lower in calories and fat .

Ingredients

Ground beef, lean, 2.5 lbs
Onions, raw, about one large
Green Peppers (bell peppers), about 2 nice size
Hunt's Manwich Original Sloppy Joe Sauce, 2 cans
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 3 cans drained
Cheese club macaroni and cheese (mix makes 1 cup servings), 2 boxes
Milk, nonfat, about 3/4 cup
Butter buds, 4 tsp
Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
Mashed Potatoes (leftover if you like), 5 cup
Directions
brown the meat with the onions and peppers until cooked through. drain off any grease. mix this with the manwich.
make the mac and cheese with the milk, butter buds, and cheese.
open and drain the corn, rince if you like or use frozen.
make some mashed potatoes or use leftovers from another night.
in a 13 x 9 and a 9 x 9 pan layer the ingreadience in the following order
mac and cheese on bottom
meat mixture
corn
mashed potatoes
bake at 375 for about an hour unitl all of it is hot and the potatoes start to brown. you can freeze the smaller pan for later if you like.
