Salmon Crouquettes

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    14 oz can salmon
    1 egg
    1 medium onion finely grated
    1/2 Baking powder
    1/2 cup Bread crumbs
    1 medium grated potato


Directions

Directions

1.Mix Salmon, egg reserved liquid from fish can together.

2. Add grated potato, baking powder and onion.

3. Add enough bread crumbs to bind.

4. Shape into patties and coat with crumbs.

5. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Place croquette's in skillet give a spray of cooking spray to lightly coat the tops.

6.Cook for 10-15 minutes.

You can also use tuna or any flaked meat.
Makes 4 croquettes.
