Meatloaf

Introduction

This is the meatloaf I made. I just put it up so I could see the fat and add it to my page. Everyone said it was good, my dad said it needed salt. I added ketchup to mine. Ingredients

    Celery, green peppers, extra lean ground beef, egg beaters, a small can of mixed vegetables, tomato sauce (small can), onions, oatmeal

Directions

Makes 6-8 servings depending on how you cut it. I cooked this in a glass bread pan.
I just cut everything up, mixed it together, put the egg on it so everything would stick together.
I don't know if I needed to, but I put a tad bit of cooking spray on the glass pan, put it in the oven for 1 hour at 400.
