Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields
*Sargento Bistro Blends Mozzarella & Asiago with Roasted Garlic, 1 cup
*Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 3 oz
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 4 cup
Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup
Over medium heat, mix cheese, cream cheese, egg substitute, stiring constantly until mealted.
Add spinach and chopped onion.
Mix throughly, cover and heat through.
Cube chicken and cook till lightly golden.
Add chicken to Spinach mixture.
Cook Pasta as per directions.
Toss pasta with Spinach mixture.
Spread mixture in casserole pan.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
