Introductionlow fat and tasty low fat and tasty
2 cups frozen Collards (or one box)
6 strips of Bacon
1/4 cup Onions chopped
1 dash Pepper, black
1 dash salt
cut up bacon into small pieces and fry till crispy
add onions and saute till soft
add salt and pepper to taste then stir in collards.
lower heat and let simmer 5 to 10 mins then serve hot.
