Chicken and Broccoli Stiry Fry

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, strips (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips (remove)
    *Hoisin Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Heat Oil in Wok and saute chicken until almost cooked through. Add remaining vegetables and stir fry for approx 5 mins. Add Hoisin Sauce and mix together and heat through
