Breakfast Casserole Lite

Introduction

Really easy and really good! Some Prep time the night before, but easy in the morning. Really easy and really good! Some Prep time the night before, but easy in the morning.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 lbs sausage
    6 slices of bread
    6 eggs
    2 cups milk
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Butter six slices of bread and place them face down in a large casserole dish.

Brown the sausage. Drain, and pour over the bread.

Mix the six eggs and 2 cups of milk. Pour mixture over sausage and bread.

Cover the top with the cheese.

Better if you let sit over night in the refrigerator.

Cook for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
