So good! Several co-workers have made the comment it tastes like Pumpkin Pie without the crust! I got 7 one-cup servings out of the recipe, which makes it only around 108 calories per serving! I also tried freezing a serving for about an hr and stirred it occasionally, almost like pumpkin ice cream! - 6/25/09

I lost weight over Thanksgiving and Christmas thanks to this dessert. I don't like pumpkin pie but I loved this. It is very healthy. There is a lot of vitamin A and other vitamins from the pumpkin and milk. - 6/17/09

Very good! I added an extra cup of milk and an extra tsp. pumpkin pie spice just because I like it creamy. It is awesome! Thanks - 3/27/09

I made this recipe, cutting it in half since there is just two of us in the house and it still worked perfectly. I'd like to try putting the mousse in a graham cracker crust as sort of a pie. - 11/23/08

I used to make this all the time, but there had been a pumpkin shortage (completely unavailable) in my area since last winter. Finally got to make it again yesterday for a bake sale and EVERYONE LOVED it!! Can't wait to make another batch and throw it in the freezer for some pumpkin "ice cream". - 10/3/10

I made this for my sugarholic husband last night and he couldn't stop raving! He about died when I told him where I got the recipe but says it tastes just like pumpkin pie filling! It was so quick and easy took a whole 5 minutes to make it up after the pudding set - 10/22/09

Quite good. My son asked me for pumpkin pie, so I grabbed this recipe. I did 1 pkg butterscotch pudding, and 1 pkg vanilla. I also didn't have pumpkin pie spice, so I did 1/4 tsp of cinnamon, a pinch of clove, and 1/8 tsp of allspice. My son announced that he loves pumpkin pie. LOL! - 10/11/09

  • I loved this recipe. I took the advice of other reviewers and used one small box of butterscotch with the vanilla. Also added a couple dashes of nutmeg and about a half teaspoon extra of the pp spice. LOVE this. It is perfect for after dinner and a cup of coffee. Thanks for a great recipe! - 12/3/12
