THIS IS A QUICK PICK ME UP - TASTES LIKE WENDY'S FROSTY! THIS IS A QUICK PICK ME UP - TASTES LIKE WENDY'S FROSTY!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup of ice
    1/4 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. skim milk
    2 tbsp. cocoa powder
    2-4 packets splenda (to taste)

Directions

Put all ingredients in food processor, or blender until smooth. Enjoy!
Instead of cocoa powder any fruit can be added for a rich nutritious smoothie.
The cottage cheese makes this really creamy.
