Spicy Tropical Gazpacho

Introduction

I got this from Cooking Light (March 1998). I cannot tell you how good this is. Add hot sauce to taste and you can experiment with more or less of a particular fruit.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup tomato juice
    1 cup pineapple juice
    1 cup chopped peeled mango
    1 cup chopped peeled papaya
    1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
    1/2 large peeled cucumber, chopped
    1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 to 1 teaspoon hot sauce

Directions

Chop mango, papaya, pineapple, cucumber and pepper.
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, and pulse 4 times or until combined. Cover and chill.
