4 chicken thighs (nutritional value including skin)
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
4 tblsp honey
2 tsp garlic powder
4 tblsp good Greek seasoning
You can let this marinade over night if you have the time, or for at least 1 hour if you are in a rush.
Bake at 350 for about 35 mins, or until golden brown, and juices run clear.
I usually serve with broccoli and rice. (not included in nutritional value)
