No Bake Chocolate Cookies

BEWARE: These are very sinful, not low in calories (157 per cookie) and very moreish. They are quite rich in chocolate flavour and are a great sweet treat, if you can stop at one. Ingredients

2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup margerine or butter
1/2 cup semi-skimmed milk
1/2 cup cocoa
3 cups oats
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Makes approx 30 depending on how big a spoon you use.
Put the sugar, milk and margerine in a large pan.
Bring to the boil, stirring.
Boil for 1 minute and then take off the heat.
Add the cocoa, oats, coconut, raisins and vanilla extract and mix.
Drop by spoofuls (I use a dessert spoon because I like bigger cookies) onto greaseproof paper or onto a clean work surface.
Leave to set for a few hours.
Make sure you have enough time for them to set before the kids get home because if they see them they will eat them all!
