Ingredients

    4 BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN FILETS
    3/4 C LIGHT SOUR CREAM
    2 CLOVES GARLIC, CRUSHED
    2 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
    1 TSP LEMON JUICE
    1 TSP CELERY SALT
    1 TSP PAPRIKA
    PEPPER TO TASTE
    3/4 C BREAD CRUMBS

Directions

WASH & PAT DRY CHICKEN.

MIX ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS EXCEPT BREAD CRUMBS. COAT CHICKEN W/ SOUR CREAM SAUCE MIX. ARRANGE IN SHALLOW GREASED BAKING DISH & TOP WITH BREAD CRUMBS. BAKE @ 350 FOR 30-45 MINUTES OR UNTIL BROWN. YIELDS 4 SERVINGS.

(note: i was unable to find celery salt in the ingredients list, so i used regular salt - the difference could effect the sodium content, etc.)
