It was good and filling. This was my first spaghetti squash. I expected the squash to be softer but it was definitely chewy? maybe crunchy a bit. It was filling though and that was a good part.

I loved this. It satisfied my pasta craving AND added to my veggies for the day (: I baked the squash and used canned tomatoes with garlic instead of a fresh one (it's what i had).

Made this for lunch and it was good. A little bland, but a nice side dish just the same. We will make this again, though I'll probably bake the squash and add more mozzarella.

This was very good and even my gf who is a picky eater thought it was great too. Personally I may add some garlic or basil but other then that great job.
