Cheesy Potato Soup

Introduction

This is a good cheesy soup. This is a good cheesy soup.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    3 lbs. Potatoes, cubed
    1.5 lbs. Ham, cubed
    1 bag of California mix (brocoli, cauliflower & carrots)
    2 Garlic cloves
    2 cups of Velveeta Cheese
    2 cups skim Milk
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all the ingrediants but the Velveeta in a big pot. Put just enough water to cover your vegetables and ham. Cook until the vegetables are done then add the milk and Velveeta.

Lower your tempature to low when you add the milk and cheese to avoid scorching and burning

Makes 16 1-cup servings
