Introductiontraditional indian bread,very light and low calorie traditional indian bread,very light and low calorie
whole wheat flour 2 cups
salt to taste
water nearly 2/3 of a cup
2) divide them into 12 equal portions. on a flat surface roll them into thin circular sheets (looking like tortillas) dusting with flour in between
3)on a hot non stick pan , cook the chappatiis on both sides giving it 2 minutes on each side .
4)have it hot with curries,or use them as wraps
