Introduction

This is a wonderful dish. Remember to NOT peel the cloves of garlic, this way you can use them like butter and "pop" them out onto crispy bread, to have with the meal. Do not be afraid of using too much of the garlic either. As long as it roasts slow it gets a nutty flavor...so...

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 roasting chicken, cut up in 8 pieces
    or equal parts
    2 large bulbs garlic, separated into cloves,
    DO NOT peel cloves
    1 cup Swansen fat free chicken broth
    1/2 cup white wine
    salt dash
    pepper fresh crack to taste

Directions

Place the chicken pieces in roasting pan.
Sprinkle in all the garlic cloves.
Pour in the broth and wine. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 55 mins. Remove the foil and continue baking until chicken is golden. Baste all 1-2 times during last 20 mins.
Enjoy with crispy bread using the cloves like butter and spreading with a knife.
