Coconut trail bars

Ingredients

    1 1/2 C Old Faahioned oatmeal
    1 1/2 C flour
    1/4 C toasted wheat germ
    1 t baking powder
    1/2 t salt
    1-2 t cinnamon
    1 C butter
    1/2 c light brown sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c honey
    2 t vanilla extract
    1 t almond extract
    1/2 c orange juice
    6 oz shredded coconut

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together oatmeal, flour, wheat germ, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar, add eggs, honey and extracts. Beat well. Mix all ingredients making sure everything is mixed well. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
