Ingredients

    2 1/2 cup Oatmeal, Old Fashioned
    1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds, hulled
    1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
    1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
    1/2 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1/4 cup Almonds
    1/4 cup Walnut pieces
    1/2 cup Coconut, raw, .shredded
    1/2 cup Apricots, dried, chopped
    3/4 cup Raisins, packed
    4 Tbsp Butter, salted
    1 Tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1 Tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    1/3 cup Splenda

Directions

Roast all seeds, grains and coconut at 300-degrees F. about 30 min, stirring every 10 min until lightly browned. Melt coconut oil (less than 80ºF to melting point) & add cocoa powder, cinnamon & Splenda, stirring until lump-free. Pour over grains & fruit and stir. Ideally, store muesli in air-tight container in fridge. Serve with organic plain fat-free yogurt & fresh fruit. A fairly small serving satisfies for hours. Makes 5½-6 cups. One serving: 1/3 cup .
