Ingredients

1 Whole Eggplant
Some Marinara Sauce
Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan Cheese
Salt/Pepper
Garlic
Oregano and Basil
Directions
Slice eggplant into approx 1/4 inch slices. Lay them out on a baking sheet, and add a tablespoon or so of the marinara to them. Top that with some shredded mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, salt/pepper, garlic(real or powder), and oregano/basil.
Bake at around 350 degrees until the cheese is nice and melty and slightly brown.
