Ingredients

    1 CUP OF AUNT JEMIMA WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKE MIX
    1 CUP OF SKIM MILK
    1TBSP OIL
    1 LG EGG
    1/4 C OF PECAN
    1 TBSP CINNAMON
    2 TEASP BROWN SUGAR

Directions

HEAT UP: LARGE SKILLET WITH 2 TBSP OIL OR SPRAY. MEANWHILE MIX UP THE PANCAKE INGREDIENTS. THEN WHEN PAN IS HOT AND READY, USE A 1/4 C FOR PANCAKE MIX AND DO PANCAKES AS YOU WOULD FOR REGULAR.
