Ingredients

    1 c. Aunt Jemima Whole Wheat Pancake Mix
    1/4 c. Hodgson Mill Ground Flax Seed
    1 1/4 c. 1% Milk
    2 tbs. Fresh Apple Sauce (you can puree your own, no sugar necessary!)
    1 tbs. Canola Oil
    1 tbs. Cinnamon
    1/2 tbs. Vanilla Extract

Directions

Cook according to package.

Add some fruit to top it off with lite syrup-- Yummmy!
