Introduction

A twist on regular meatloaf A twist on regular meatloaf
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    - 2 lbs. ground turkey (93% lean)
    - 1.5 cups dry oats
    - 1/2 cup green pepper
    - 1 cup red onion
    - 1 egg slightly beaten
    - dash of salt
    - 1 tsp black pepper
    - 1 tsp Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together the turkey, onion, green pepper, egg and oatmeal until the mixture can stand on its own. Add more oats if necessary. Mix in pepper and salt.
Form the mixture into a loaf and place in a greased pan. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and bake in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Makes 8 servings.
