Introduction

Phase 2, South Beach. Recalculated from No-Work recipe from Kierae. Modification of a recipe to fit South Beach plan.
I used homemade chicken broth, which had no added sodium Th nutrition analysis will have higher sodium than actual recipe.

Ingredients

    2 cups Chicken Broth [homemade]
    14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes with Garlic & Onion
    15 ounce can of Great Northern Beans
    15 oz can Fancy Whole Golden Corn, drain
    7.5 oz can Salmon, drained

Directions

Mix first four ingredients in sauce pan. Heat to simmering. Add drained salmon and heat about 5 minutes further.
