Surfie's Kidney Bean Salad

Introduction

This is a nice healthy cold salad that is always refreshing. It is quick and easy to make and is a great way to get in some protein and vegetables. Feel free to adjust the amounts of the items to suit your own tastes! This is a nice healthy cold salad that is always refreshing. Ingredients

    1 15.5 oz can kidney beans (dark or light), drained and rinsed
    3 to 4 roma (plum) tomatos, chopped
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp Miracle Whip Light Salad Dressing
    Black Pepper, to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients gently and chill in refrigerator before serving.

Makes about 6 1/2 cup servings.
