Rolled Steak with Stuffing

Introduction

Quick simple delicious serve with broccoli or green beans and top with the sauce from the meat Quick simple delicious serve with broccoli or green beans and top with the sauce from the meat
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb flank steak
    1 1/2 cup stuffing ( I used stove top)
    1 can healthy request 98% fat free soup
    1 tblp oil
    cooking spray
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

cut steak into 8 even pieces season with salt and pepper

make stuffing according to box

divide stuffing among each of the 8 pieces of steak
roll and secure with toothpick

heat oil and spray with cooking spray cook steaks browning on all sides remove from pan drain oil and return to heat add soup and water bring to a boil add steak rolls up back to pan lower heat and cover simmer for 1 hr or until tender

remove lid reduce sauce down to a thick constitency

serves 8 1 piece each
