Coconut Toast

Ingredients

    1 cup flaked coconut
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup I can't believe its not butter, melted
    1 egg, beaten
    1 t vanilla extract
    11 slices toast

Directions

In a bowl, combine the coconut, sugar, better, egg and vailla, mix well. Spread over each slice of bread. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. Yield 11 servings
