Ingredients

    Fish filet
    Corn
    Carrots
    Brown rice

Directions

I like to undercook everything since I make all my meals for the week at one time. If serving immediately, ensure veggies are fully cooked.

Cook rice according to directions on box. Cook fish filet according to directions on box. Cook corn and carrots (can add peas) on stove for 5 min. Mix all ingrediants in a bowl. Makes 2 servings.
