Introduction

I first tried this in Spain. This is a great dish to pass or serve as a side salad. The hearts of palm are always a big hit. Add lettuce and chicken to turn it into a meal! Ingredients

    1 can hearts of Palm, cut into chunks
    1 seedless cucumber sliced
    2 cups cherry tomatoes cut in half
    1 avocado, diced
    juice of 2 lemons
    sea salt

Directions

Cut everything up, combine and drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle sea salt.
