Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas Verde

Ingredients

    1 roast chicken
    10 corn tortillas
    1 mediuim onions, chopped
    1.5 cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
    1 large can tomatillos
    2 cans green chilies
    1 Egg
    1/4 cup Flour
    1/4 cup Butter
    2 c Chicken Broth
    2/3 cup Sour Cream

Directions

Shred chicken and combine with cheese and onion.

Combine tomatillos, one can of chiles, the egg and a splash of milk in blender and blend well.

Melt butter in skillet and add flour - whisk in broth and cook over medium until thick. Add second can of chilies and sour cream.

Layer tortillas w/ chicken mixture topped with verde sauce. Top the entire casserole with sour cream sauce and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
