Almond Yoghurt sauce

Introduction

Almonds and fish are a tasty combination. Almonds and fish are a tasty combination.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    4 trout
    300 mls 1/2 pint fish or chicken stock
    15g 1/2oz cornflour
    30ml/2 tabsp water
    150ml yoghurt
    100g/4oz flaked almonds
    salt and pepper

Directions

Grill or bake trout. Prepare the sauce while cooking. Heat the stock.Mix cornflour with water to a smooth paste stir into yoghurt. Add salt and peeter and the ground almonds to the paste.
Place over fish.
Add extra toasted almonds to the top. Cook for 5 minutes.
