Introduction

Ingredients

    Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz) *Philadelphia Light cream cheese, 2 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .125 cup
    Vegetable Broth, .25 cup
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp

Directions

Roast garlic cloves in oven.
Sautee onions in butter until clear and soft.
Add spinach to pan and sautee until wilted.
Put pan mixture and all the rest of ingredient into processor and pulse until mixture is chopped up and creamy.
